This case study explores the development of UniLib, a library management system designed to address the challenges faced by university libraries. The motivation stemmed from the need to modernize library processes, enhance accessibility, and create a more efficient, user-friendly environment for both students and faculty. The goal was to create a system that not only simplifies the management of books and resources but also improves user experience through features like QR-based self check-in/check-out, real-time notifications, and a color-coded signage system. By bridging the gap between traditional and digital systems, UniLib offers a seamless, intuitive solution for modern educational institutions.
